A site that doesn’t undo everything upstream
You can generate the enquiries and still lose them on arrival. If the site was built to look like a brochure rather than to start a conversation, it is quietly costing you every campaign you run.

Three ways a site loses the enquiry
A buyer on a phone in a yard does not wait eight seconds for a hero image to load.
Fixed by building for speed firstNobody can tell within five seconds what you make, who for, or what to do next.
Fixed by saying it plainlyNo obvious next step, or a contact form that goes to an inbox nobody watches.
Fixed by wiring it to the systemBuilt to convert, not to win awards
This is not a rebrand. It is a commercial instrument: the page a buyer lands on after clicking an ad or a search result, built to qualify them and start a conversation, and wired directly into the CRM that chases them.
- Fast on a phone on a bad connection, because that is where buyers are
- Clear within five seconds: what you do, who for, what happens next
- Proof placed where doubt actually occurs
- Enquiry forms that qualify rather than just collect
- Wired into the CRM, so nothing lands in an unwatched inbox
- Built so your team can edit it without ringing an agency
The objections, and what we actually do
“We only had the website redone two years ago.”
And it looks fine. The last designer was paid to make it look good, and nobody asked them how many enquiries it should bring in.
It may only need a few pages.
Often the fix is a handful of landing pages and an enquiry form wired into the system. The audit tells you which, and we won’t sell you a site you don’t need.
“What we do is too technical for a simple website.”
The detail is complicated, so the site ended up as complicated as the offer. Buyers leave before they find the phone number.
Plain on the surface, full detail one click in.
The landing path stays short and fast: what you do and how to get a quote. The technical detail sits one click deeper for the buyer who wants it.
“We’ll lose our Google rankings if we touch it.”
You’ve heard the horror stories, and they’re nearly always a rebuild that went live without anyone mapping the old pages.
Every old page mapped before anything moves.
Every existing URL is redirected to its new home and rankings are watched through the switch. Nothing goes live blind.
“Nobody buys what we sell from a website.”
The order comes in by phone or on site, so the website has always been treated as a brochure.
The site starts the conversation.
Buyers check you out online before they ever pick up the phone. Flexipol rebuilt theirs with us, and traffic rose 100% and enquiries 60% in three months.
How it works
-
01
Diagnose
What the current site does to the traffic it already gets, before deciding anything.
-
02
Structure
The path a buyer takes from arrival to enquiry, designed before a pixel is drawn.
-
03
Write it
Copy first. Design around the message rather than pouring words into a template.
-
04
Build
Fast, responsive, and editable by your team without a support ticket.
-
05
Wire it up
Forms into the CRM, tracking into the reporting, so an enquiry is chased the moment it lands.

The questions you’re actually asking
Is a new website included in the build?
The landing pages the campaigns need are included. A full rebuild is quoted separately, and we only recommend it when the audit shows the site is costing you enquiries. If yours is doing its job, we leave it alone.
Can our team edit it afterwards?
Yes. It’s built so everyday changes, like new text or a new product page, don’t need us. You shouldn’t have to raise a ticket to fix a typo, and the site and the domain are yours.
Who writes the words?
Our copywriter, working from conversations with you and your sales team, so the site sounds like the people who actually sell the product. You approve every page before it goes live.
